Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the download has been delivered.

Digital Products

Our products are delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Lack of technical knowledge
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Incompatibility with software not listed in the product description

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

• You did not receive your download.
• The files are corrupted or cannot be opened.
• You accidentally received the wrong product.

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue by providing replacement files or another appropriate solution.
